During every maintenance visit, our technicians perform a comprehensive inspection and tune-up that covers cleaning condenser, checking refrigerant levels and pressures, inspecting electrical connections and tightening as needed, lubricating moving parts, testing thermostat calibration, inspecting ductwork for leaks, checking safety controls, and verifying system performance.
